Description
An original etching depicting the monument constructed after the Franco-Prussian War to commemorate the unification of Germany. The first stone was laid by Kaiser Wilhelm I in 1871 and it wasn’t inaugurated until it was completed over a decade later, in 1883. Some damp stains and spatters. On heavy stock. Minor losses at edges.
