Description
A hardbound volume dedicated to a play written for the Bohemian Club. Autographed by numerous members of the Bohemian Club, including George McManus who was a famed cartoonist before World War I, creating “Jiggs and Maggie”. His autograph is accompanied by a sketch, presumably a self portrait. The Bohemian Club was and are a highly select group of intellectuals, artists, musicians and others who usually gather at the club during Summers. Certainly books by the Bohemian Club are uncommon. This one is hard bound and in overall near mint-mint condition and tight. The autographs, other than McManus, have not been researched.
