Description

Precise 1995 reprinting by Toppan Printing in Japan. Like most others from this company, with a set edition of 200, cannot be told from the originals. Published by the anti-war activist group, the Art Workers Coalition, in 1969, this shocking photograph reveals the American slaughter of Vietnamese women and children of the village of My Lai during the Vietnam War. One of the most infamous and tragic images of the era, and so controversial that the MOMA ultimately backed out of showing it. Mint.
