Description

Translates to “Germany’s flight of aggression is established by the secret accumulation of war material so disproportionate to that of neighboring peoples that it could not have a simply defensive goal”. The image shows the Kaiser with the Grim Reaper behind him holding a scythe with the right side of the image showing a peaceful French farmer also using a scythe. Quite rare. Shows varied horizontal and vertical soft folds, but otherwise near mint condition.
