Description

An incredibly faithful lithographic reproduction of the classic poster. La Revue Blanche was one of many artistic journals which flourished in Europe in the 1890s. This was due to the invention of photo offset lithography, first used in France in 1886, which made printing much cheaper and more convenient. These journals also had a great influence on the discovery of various impressionist artists as well as becoming influential in the art of the picture poster and the start of modern graphic design. It was printed by Ancourt Paris. (Belle Epoque /Art Nouveau /Paris /Night Club) Near mint-mint.
