Description

Gilda Gray was more than just a stripper. She invented a movement called “the shimmie”, wherein she would wear a metallic-fringed, body-hugging dress and shake her body to the repressed swoons of American manhood. She also starred in varied movies, mostly shorts like “the devil dance”. (Burlesque /Erotica /Roaring ’20s /Woman) Near mint-mint.
