Description

The device is very compact, only 4” wide x 2.5” high x.75“ thick and was designed to hold 50 or 60 playing card-like ID photos. The item is spring-loaded and, when plunged, a shutter-like device opens and closes a view of the picture in a half a second. One person had the single responsibility of informing the captain to command or withhold firing.
