Unusual and rare promotional, mechanical card for the Liberty Loans. The cover shows a soldier charging around a die-cut circle. The card, which opens to 7×6.25”, shows the same soldier with a die-cut arm which goes up and down as the card is opened and closed to show him lobbing a grenade. Very unusual mechanical propaganda. Near mint.
