Description

A highly porcelainized enamel sign advertising Philips Light Bulbs from the 1920s. It is bowed out in typical early fashion as new, and utilizes Lucian Bernhard’s Sachplaket style, and even uses his invented letter form. Certainly rare. (Plakatstil /Objective-poster /Electricity) Barring a little corner break in the upper right-hand mounting hole and some wear at the top and bottom edges, the sign itself is extremely clean and bold, and of top quality, thickly baked enamel.
