Description

To our memory, the only poster done during WW1 by any side which was self-explanatory without a typographic message. This scarce image shows a British Army sergeant beaconing with his index finger to all possible recruits. A terrific image, nicely printed and very fresh. Some evidence of very minor folds and creases, one closed tear at left edge, image very fresh. Mounted on linen.
