Description
This was done during Frech’s time as illustrator at the Baltimore Sun. Capello (1859-1941) was a famed WWI Italian general who later renounced Mussolini and was part of an assassination plot. This splendid portrait was done as he was going to prison. (World War/ Fascism) Excellent overall.
