Signed on the reverse by the artist. This was done during Frech’s time as an illustrator fo the Baltimore Sun. Kelley (1859 – 1932) was an important American social reformer, working on health and sweatshop issues, a suffragette, a founding member of the NAACP, holder of many offices, and founder of the U.S. Government’s Bureau of Labor Statistics. (Women’s Rights/ Socialism/ Karl Marx/ Child Labor/ Afro-American/ Consumer Rights) Excellent overall.
