Description

Top illustrated panel for a Deutsches Theater production by Friedrich Heddel. This poster was once in the personal portfolio of Julius Klinger when he came to America in the late 1920s to create automobile advertising. He left abruptly soon thereafter, after a fist-fight with his agent. He left his folio of posters at the home of a well known Bucks County Pennsylvania artist, and we acquired many of these items years ago. This poster comes with the entire background of this interesting story and a certificate of authenticity. Framed (probably in the 1970s) Some light past folio folds, colors fresh as new. Extra shipping required.
